Gilded · Layered · Lustrous
Hand poured in Victoria, Australia · Pure paraffin
Three metals, one scene.
Midas Touch, Quicksilver and Molten Bronze, boxed together. Gold for warmth, silver for edge, bronze for depth.
Layered on skin they build like gilt over an old frame, one metallic sheen over another, each drop landing sharp before the warmth settles.
All three are poured from the same pure paraffin, so each layer behaves like the last: smooth, sculptural, lifting away in casts.
For the Top building a scene in layers of gold, silver and bronze, bundled for less than the three bought separately.

How to Use:
Light the candle. Once the wax starts to melt around the base of the wick, tip parallel and test the first drops on your own forearm before the canvas. Avoid inverting the candle, hold parallel to the canvas and rotate in the hand to melt wax evenly. Height controls temperature. Higher is cooler, lower is hotter. Build from there, one deliberate drop at a time.
In our testing and in customer feedback, metallic finishes run a little warmer than standard paraffin. Keep an eye on the wick as you play. If it doesn't shorten evenly with the candle, put it out and trim the wick before relighting.

Safety:
Formulated for wax play. Keep away from eyes, face, broken skin and hair. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Trim the wick between sessions. Consent and communication before the first drop, always.
Paraffin holds its heat longer than soy. Keep it moving so the wax never builds up in one place; built-up paraffin runs significantly hotter than its melting point. Don't apply oil under paraffin wax.
