Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way! Custom orders creation and shipping times will be advised at the time of quoting. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using Australia Post. Orders over $100 are shipped with standard shipping within Australia at no charge. Express shipping will incur an extra charge at checkout. 

All orders under $100 are shipped at the flat rate of $10. In summer, from 1st November through to the 28th Feb, all candle orders are 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders, using Australia Post's standard domestic rates depending on total item weight and/or cubic weight and zones. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) if shipped outside Australia, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Collared Foxy / CF Designs Co are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Update for US customers 22/8/2025

The US will suspend the de minimis exemption for all low-value imports to the US from 29 August 2025. As a result, all goods valued at $US800 or less will be subject to country-specific tariff rates.

All shipments will attract US import duties and potential customs brokerage fees, processing charges and state taxes. Duties and taxes will be collected on goods prior to entering the US.

In Australia, this is a 10% tariff rate.

There will be significant shipping delays with increased inspections after the de minimus removal.

To simplify the process for US Customers, we are currently investigating alternative shipping options with companies other than Australia Post that allows customers to pay duty, taxes and tariffs at the time of checkout, but until such time, we are suspending checkout of all products to US customers.

Please reach out to us if you would like a shipping quote in the meantime. 

We can still ship with Australia Post, however as of the 22nd August 2025, Australia Post does not have the capacity for customers to pre-pay any import fees, tariffs, customs brokerage fees, and they must be paid by the consumer prior to customs clearance, which increases the risk to the business and to the consumer. CF Designs Co / Collared Foxy are not liable for these fees and will not refund orders to purchasers in the case of non-payment or failure to clear customs.

In addition, we take every available precaution to ensure that all customs paperwork is completed appropriately and a receipt is both included in the paperwork and emailed to the purchaser in US dollars, however given the nature of what we make and ship, we are unable to take any responsibility for failure to clear customs, international shipping is taken at the risk of the purchaser.
