Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Made to Order candles may take up to two weeks. Custom order timeframes are confirmed when we quote.
Shipping within Australia
- Candle orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping.
- Candle orders under $100: flat rate of $14 standard shipping.
- Express Post upgrade, by order weight: 0-500g $15, 500g-1000g $20, 1000g+ $24.
- Leather goods ship according to weight with Australia Post and include free insurance.
Summer candle shipping
From 1 November to 28 February, candles ship in a thermal mailing bag to protect against heat damage, and are posted Monday to Wednesday only.
International shipping
International shipping is charged at Australia Post rates by weight and destination zone, calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout through Zonos in most cases. Any further fees raised at customs in the destination country are the purchaser’s responsibility. CrocoDragon Tails cannot be shipped outside Australia. Please include a phone number with international addresses to avoid customs delays.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain black packaging with no branding or product description. The sender is our sister company, not Collared Foxy.
Your responsibilities
Please check your shipping address is correct, choose a safe delivery location and track your parcel with the tracking number we email you. We cannot refund shipping damage unless insurance was purchased, or parcels returned to sender because they were not collected.
